We offer a full 14-day free trial so you can experience everything before you pay. Here is our billing and refund policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Traxvio are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on any Pro plan payment, whether monthly or yearly. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.

Because we offer a full 14-day free trial with complete Pro access and no credit card required, we do not issue refunds after a payment has been made. The trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the product before committing.

3. The 14-Day Free Trial

Every new Traxvio account receives a 14-day free trial with full Pro access: unlimited AI replies, lead qualification, knowledge base training, analytics, and all features. No credit card is required to start.

At the end of the trial you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the Service. If you choose not to subscribe, your agent will stop sending replies but your account and configuration remain intact. You can subscribe at any time to reactivate.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page in the dashboard. After cancellation:

  • Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account, Gmail connection, and agent configuration remain intact
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to reactivate the agent

5. Your Data After Cancellation

Your data is yours. After cancellation your knowledge base, agent settings, lead data, and conversation history remain accessible in your account. We will not delete your data unless you explicitly request account deletion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strictly no refunds, if you believe there has been an error in your billing (duplicate charge, unauthorized charge), contact us immediately at founder@traxvio.app. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
