Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traxvio ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. What Traxvio Does

Traxvio is an AI email agent. It connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth, reads incoming emails, generates intelligent replies, sends automatic follow-ups, and books calls on your behalf. It also qualifies incoming leads and provides inbox analytics. All AI processing is handled by Traxvio — no external API keys required. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must register with an accurate email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Notify us immediately at founder@traxvio.app of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Gmail Connection and AI Processing

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Traxvio to read incoming emails, send replies, and send follow-up emails on your behalf using the knowledge base and instructions you configure. Each Traxvio account supports one connected Gmail inbox.

All AI processing is built into Traxvio. You do not need to provide any external API keys. Traxvio manages all AI infrastructure, including email analysis, reply generation, and follow-up scheduling.

5. Subscription and Billing

Traxvio offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued access requires a Pro subscription:

Billing is processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam through the AI agent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Connect a Gmail account you do not own or are not authorized to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and platform functionality of Traxvio is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without written consent.

You retain full ownership of your business information, knowledge base content, and all emails in your Gmail inbox. We access these only to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We never sell your data and your Gmail content is not used for advertising or AI model training outside of generating your email replies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxvio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any replies sent by the AI agent. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's replies and configuration.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your Gmail connection is immediately revoked and your data is removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
